• PremierHIPs will order the HIPs and progress them through to completion
• The agent just faxes the signed order form through to us and we do the rest.
• We collect credit card payments
• We also accept cheques payable to PremierHIPs Ltd
• A deferred payment option is available deferring the payment for 9 months, withdrawal or to completion at a
  premium of 11%
• We contact the agent at the following milestones:
  • Receipt of the Order
  • Booking of the EPC
  • Completion of the EPC
  • Completion of the HIP
  • We also e-mail the agent a copy of the EPC and prepare the EPC graphs for their sales details.
    The graphs are e-mailed as a JPEG
• We can print additional copies of the HIP for buyers; we just need their name and telephone number and we’ll arrange payment and postage
• We are currently completing EPCs within 48 hours.
• The Domestic Energy Assessors work for our sister company Central Counties Home Inspectors Ltd which is a firm regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
• We supply the order pads at no charge
• They are carbonated so that the client has a copy and the agent has a copy to show that a HIP has been commissioned.
• We receive any questions to our PremierHIPs number diverting the queries away from the agent.
• Our Domestic Energy Assessors are local and can deal with any queries on the EPC via the Central Counties 08451302350 telephone number or *@cchi.co.uk e-mail addresses.
• When the EPC is required before marketing commences, probably from 1st June, we will be well placed to assist the estate agent to get their properties on the market quickly.
• The HIPs are branded with the agent’s logo
• The order pads are branded with the agent’s logo
