If you wish to order a Home Information Pack (HIP) to enable you to commence marketing, and you are doing so out of hours, please follow the simple 4 point process below and we will deal with the order immediately upon our return to the office.

HIP Order
1.	We need to collect payment before commissioning the HIP.

2.	We need to book for a Domestic Energy Assessor to carry out the Energy Performance Certificate.
	Please suggest a time for access during the next 2 working days that we can confirm when we call:
	EPC Appointment Date & Time
	Property Address

3.	A Property Information Questionnaire is required for inclusion in the HIP.
	After clicking “submit” below you will be directed to the PIQ. This will supply us with the information we require to complete the order.

4.	Click SUBMIT and we will be in touch as soon as possible.
